2. Commemorative Cross of Monte Cassino (Pamiątkowy Krzyż Monte Cassino). Instituted in 1944. In patinated bronze, numbered "49" over "581" on the reverse, measuring 40.8 mm (w) x 40.5 mm (h), replacement ribbon.
3. 3rd Carpathian Rifle Division Badge: in silvered bronze, obverse illustrating a Monte Cassino motif cross with a pine tree in the centre, the tree fronted by a "3" with the letters "D S K" above, crowned spread-winged eagle between bayonets, with "TOBBUK" above a crescent moon at the base of the tree, reverse inscribed "WIARA-WYTRWALOSC-ZWYCIESTWO" (Faith, Perseverance, Victory), measuring 39.5 mm (w) x 43.3 mm (h), maker marked "F.M. LORIOLI MILANO-ROMA" on the screwback.
4. 3rd Carpathian Rifle Division Lapel Badge: in silvered bronze, obverse exhibiting the same elements as the Badge, the reverse blank, measuring 19.8 mm (w) x 21.5 mm (h), maker marked "F.M. LORIOLI MILANO-ROMA" on the screwback.
5. Ribbon Bar: the first three are Polish ribbons, the latter four are British ribbons: row one - Cross of Valour, Polish Army Medal, Commemorative Cross of Monte Cassino with "Monte Cassino" script clasp, 1939-1945 Star; row two - Italy Star, Defence Medal, War Medal 1939-1945, ribbons wrapped around a metal framework, measuring 138 mm (w) x 22 mm (h).
6. Polish Army Ring: in silver, marked "800" (silver) on the inside, central disk featuring a hand engraved eagle insignia, with an enamelled red disk placed behind it to highlight the voided areas, measuring 16 mm in diameter, the ring shank itself measuring 20.2 mm in diameter.
7. Polish Army Field Uniform Patch: insignia in light brown embroidery, on a capsule-shaped greenish-brown wool base, green cotton mesh backer, measuring 40 mm (w) x 57 mm (h).
8. 2nd Polish Corps Sleeve Patch: screen-printed in red ink on white cotton, measuring 40 mm (w) x 47 mm (h).
9. 3rd Carpathian Rifle Division Sleeve Patch: in red, white and green embroidery, white cotton mesh backer, measuring 40 mm (w) x 50 mm (h).
10. Poland Shoulder Flash: screen-printed in red ink on thick white cotton mesh, measuring 75 mm (w) x 32 mm (h).
11. 2 Polish Corps Commemorative Cross of Monte Cassino Award Booklet: dated February 15, 1945, measuring 70 mm (w) x 102 mm (h).
