What's a max bid?

A slightly concave bronze badge consisting of a blue enameled cross with the arms having pointed ends like arrow-heads, swords cross between the arms, the 12 o-clock arm presents the crowned royal cipher, the centre shows the shield from Romania’s coat of arms in blue, red, black, and white enamels, the reverse plain except for the vertical pin, hinge, and catch, measures 50.95 mm x 61.40, mild enamel wear on the shield, and in near extremely fine condition.
