What's a max bid?

An Army Horse Championship badge, the obverse presents an central oval medallion showing Saint George defeating the dragon, surrounded by a white-enamelled ring bearing the inscription “CAMPIONATUL CALULUI DE ARME” (“ARMY HORSE CHAMPIONSHIP”), surmounted by the royal monogram for Carol II, the reverse shows a horizontal pin, unmarked, measures 32.32 mm (w) x 49.05 mm (h), weighs 18.0 grams, and in extremely fine condition.

Footnote: The Army Horse Championship debuted in Bucharest in 1925.
