What's a max bid?

An Order of the Romanian Star with Swords; Grand Cross Badge 1877-1932 - Type I (1877-1932); multi-piece construction, in silver and enamels, measuring 63.8 mm x 95 mm inclusive of crown suspension, although there is some enamel loss on obverse centrepiece ring and slightly shifted, blue enameling as well as the enamelled reverse is excellent, VF overall.
