What's a max bid?

Romania, Kingdom. An Order of the Crown, Grand Officer Star, By Bijuteria Weiss, c.1940

(Ordin "Corona Romaniei"). Instituted May 10 1881, by King Carol I. Type II. (1932-1947). Civil Division. A Grand Officer star in silver, an eight-point star with clusters of smooth rays, the obverse medallion features the superimposed cypher of Carol I on a red enamelled field, surrounded by a white enamel ring inscribed PRIN NOI INSINE 14. MARTIE 1881, the medallion is surrounded by four superimposed crowns, the reverse presents a single vertical pin assembly, cartouche is maker marked BIJUTERIA WEISS BUCURESTI, the inside of the pin is marked BW, 550 for silver fineness, and an assay office of the Province of Muntenia (a crown over an L), measures 66.6mm (w) x 66.3mm (h), weighs 46.2 grams, light crazing in enamels, dark patina, in extremely fine condition.
