What's a max bid?

(Ordinul Mihai Viteazul). Instituted in 1916. Type III. (1941-1944). In bronze gilt with blue enamels, crowned cypher M I for Michael on the obverse, dated 1941, the reverse centre dated 1916, measuring 38.93 mm (w) x 56.46 mm (h - inclusive of its crown and laterally-pierced ball suspension), on loop for suspension from period original ribbon, and in extremely fine condition.
