What's a max bid?

(Semnul distinctiv pentru invalizi). Instituted 9 April 1918. 1919 Issue. A medal made of bronze, the obverse bears the inscription “1916/19” encompassed by a wreath made of one laurel branch and one oak branch tied with a ribbon at the bottom, situated on a red ribbon with blue stripes, the reverse bears a horizontal pin and the mark “Huguenin”, measuring 37.49 mm (w) x 30.97 mm (h), very fine.
