What's a max bid?

Romania, Kingdom. An Order of the Star of Romania, Knight, Military Division, Type II (1932-1947)

Ordin "Steaua Romaniei". Instituted in 1877. In bronze gilt with red, green and blue enamels, cypher of Carol I on the obverse centrepiece, measuring 41 mm (w) x 63 mm (h) inclusive of its crown suspension, tiny chip evident a few areas on the blue enamelled arms on both sides, on a 1932-1938 original ribbon with hook and eye, near extremely fine.

Footnote: The Order of the Star of Romania is Romania's highest civil Order and second highest State decoration after the defunct Order of Michael the Brave. It was originally awarded in six grades: Grand Cross with Collar, Grand Cross, Grand Officer, Commander, Officer and Knight.
