What's a max bid?

(Ordinul Steaua Romaniei). Instituted in 1877 by Prince Carol I. Type I (1877-1932). Civil Division. In silver gilt, a blue enamel cross with clusters of smooth rays in each quadrant, the obverse medallion features a superimposed eagle on a red enamelled field, surrounded by a blue enamel ring inscribed IN FIDE SALUS, encircled by a green enamelled wreath, the reverse bears the crowned monogram of King Carol I, the cross is surmounted by a large crown, measures at 42.2mm (w) x 60.7mm (h- to top of crown suspension), and weighing at 27.6 grams, on period ribbon, with fractures and notable chips to enamels, in very fine condition.
