Featuring the Romanian Socialist coat-of-arms in red, light blue, dark blue, yellow, light green, dark green and white enamels, mounted to a circular silver base, measuring 33.5 mm, original ribbon, mounted to a five-sided magnetic metal suspension with pinback, in its hardshelled case of issue, marked "5 ANIVERSARE A REPUBLICII POPULARE ROMANE" on the lid, recessed medal bed); very fine.
