What's a max bid?

Russia (Imperial); An extremely high quality badge in pleasingly toned silver with red, light blue and dark blue enamels, marked 88 for silver content, featuring an oak and laurel wreath upon which has been superimposed a Russian shako of the the Tsar Nicholas I period and an aeroplane, measuring 47.8 mm x 75.5 mm, silver marked "88" on both the silver support plate and silver screwback, extremely fine.
