What's a max bid?

Constructed of bronze with multi-coloured enamels, presents as a red and white enameled cross with stylized Cyrillic letter “Д” and date of 1917, reverse with screw back apparatus and nut, marked “DEPOSE” and “174”, measuring 21.5 mm (w) x 30 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
