Constructed of silvered brass, consisting of a crowned double-headed Romanov Imperial Eagle clutching an orb and sceptre, overlaid by a central raised depiction of Saint George slaying a dragon, with four regional coats of arms on each wing, the reverse with four sets of dual magnetic metal attachment prongs, evidence of period repair to the attachment prongs, in extremely fine condition.
