Constructed of bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, obverse depicts central leftward-facing profile of Tsar Nicholas II, reverse with raised inscription reading “ЗА ТРУДЬІ ПО ОТЛИНОМУ ВЬІПОПНЕНІЮ ВСЕОБЩЕЙ МОБИЛИЗАЦЇИ 1914 ГОДА” (“For Exemplary Efforts in Carrying out the General Mobilization of 1914”), unmarked, measuring 28.26 mm in diameter, in near extremely fine condition.
