What's a max bid?

Constructed of silver, consisting of a Geneva Cross, the obverse with red enameled arms and a central silver imperial crown, the reverse with a Russian Cyrillic inscription and date of “16 November 1914”, on loop for suspension, the loop with a Cyrillic maker’s mark of “АХ” and a kokoshnik mark of “84”, measuring 38.10 mm (w) x 44.20 mm (h), weighing 16.1 grams, minor flecking of enamels, otherwise in near extremely fine condition.
