What's a max bid?

Die-stamped bronze gilt, unmarked, illustrating the Russian coat-of-arms used between 1883 and 1917, with a crowned double-headed Imperial eagle bearing a shield of its breast, the shield showing St. George slaying the dragon, four smaller regional shields on each wing, a sceptre in its claws on the left and an orb bearing a cross in its claws on the right, backed by crossed cannons, 109.5 mm x 112.5 mm, all prongs intact, gilt has worn off the obverse but remains on the reverse, scattered surface rust on the reverse, extremely fine.
