A studio photo of a White Russian Émigré Officer, with the subject seated in uniform, wearing an Order of St. Stanislaus with Swords, an Order of St. Vladimir, an Order of St. Anne, and a Commemorative Medal of the Volunteer Army of General Bermont-Avalov, above a gilt photographer’s mark of “FRANÇOIS BAUER” with an address of “RUE D’ALEXANDRE NO. 920, À ROUSTCHOUK”, the reverse with an identical maker’s mark and handwritten inscription, affixed to a card stock backer, measuring 110 mm (w) x 163 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition.
