What's a max bid?

Buyer's Premium

All bids are subject to a Buyer's Premium which is in addition to the placed successful bid. The following rate of Buyer's Premium will be added to the Hammer Price of each Lot that you purchase:

A shako plate constructed of die stamped brass, bearing a crowned double-headed eagle perched on an Amazon shield with two decorative curls at either side, the centre of the eagle bears a shield with the image of St. George on a horse slaying the dragon, the centre of the shield displays two slots for attachment of silvered regimental numbers, missing the regimental number “23”, the reverse is plain, unmarked and missing the attachment prongs, measuring 167 mm (w) x 174 mm (w), fine.
