What's a max bid?

In Gold and platinum and red enamels, maker marked "МОНЕТНЫЙ ДВОР" (Monetny Dvor) and number impressed "267123" on the reverse, measuring 38 mm (w) x 44.5 mm (h) inclusive of its integral suspension, soiled original ribbon, mounted to a five-sided magnetic metal suspension with pinback, tiny chip evident in the red enamels to the right of "ЛЕНИA" (Lenin), near extremely fine.
