In bronze gilt, the reverse number marked "No. 39" and "994" (39,994) on the reverse of the arms at 3 o'clock and 9 o'clock respectively, along with being marked First Class in Russian on the arm at 6 o'clock, marked with a "Ж" (ZH) and an "М" (M) on the same respective arms, measuring 34 mm (w) x 41 mm (h) inclusive of its integral ring, exhibiting oxidation and greening on the obverse, with spotting and light contact overall, without ribbon, fine.
Footnote: The Cross of St. George was instituted on February 13, 1807 and awarded for courage in battle, initially in one grade, and later, as of 1856, in four grades.
