Russia, Imperial. A Dedicated White Émigré Medallion
Constructed of silvered bronze, on loop for suspension, the obverse bearing a central raised and crowned monogram of Tsar Nicholas II, set within a border of multi-coloured glass jewels, the reverse with four visible rivets securing the obverse monogram in place and bearing an engraved German-language dedication, otherwise unmarked, measuring 55 mm in diameter, missing its suspension apparatus and demonstrating the loss of one jewel with chipping visible to several others, an unusual piece likely produced for members of the white émigré community in Germany c. 1935 in very fine condition.
