What's a max bid?

Instituted 26 January 1909. (1909-1918 issue). A rare Imperial Russian Navy submarine Officer’s course badge, constructed of silver, the obverse consisting of a circular chain link wreath, overlaid across the centre by a raised submarine, in turn overlaying a detailed fouled anchor, the reverse with a central threaded lug retaining a period original disc and backplate, the latter double-stamped with Russian Cyrillic silversmith marks of “АБ” (“AB”) for an unconfirmed manufacturer, measuring 38.65 mm (w) x 39.20 mm (h), weighing 24.8 grams (inclusive of reverse hardware), a scarce and striking badge in extremely fine condition.
