What's a max bid?

Russia, Imperial. An Order of Saint Stanislaus, Civil Division I Class Star, Non-Christian Version, by Keibel

(Орден Святого Станислава). Instituted on 7 May 1765 by Stanislaus II of Poland. Incorporated into the Russian orders system on 11 January 1832. (1899-1903 issue). Constructed of silver with multi-coloured enamels, consisting of an eight-pointed radiant star with ribbed borders, the obverse with a central gilt medallion depicting a black-enameled Romanov imperial eagle, within a ribbed gilt ring, in turn surrounded by a ring of white enamel bearing a raised gilt inscription of “PRÆMIANDO INCITAT” (“REWARDING ENCOURAGES”) set within a ribbed gilt frame, surrounded by a further ring of green enamels with four gilded silver laurel branches, the reverse with a barrel hinge and narrow banjo-style pinback meeting a flat wire catch, maker marked “KEIBEL” alongside a silver zolotnik number of “84” and the symbol of the city of St. Petersburg, topped by a Romanov royal warrant, the pinback similarly marked “KEIBEL” with the symbol of the city of St. Petersburg and a Romanov royal warrant, measuring 88.92 mm (w) x 89.51 mm (h), weighing 55.6 grams, there is a small chip to the obverse white enamel and age-appropriate tarnishing of the silver features is evident, otherwise in near extremely fine condition.
