What's a max bid?

Breast Star: silver gilt with blue, white, and green enamelled insignia on an eight-pointed silver star base, maker plate "D.CRAVANZOLA ROMA"; measuring 73 mm x 73 mm (w), vertical pinback, intact enamels, some tarnishing to silver, extremely fine. Both carefully housed within hardshelled case of issue, fabric-wrapped exterior, coat-of-arms of San Marino on the lid, maker marked inside lid, recessed and slotted medal beds, light soiling and edge wear evident on the exterior, case better than very fine.
