Cross in silver gilt and enamels, 37mm (x 58mm including crown suspension), unmarked, of WWI period French (Bertrand) manufacture, slight contact marks, but no chipping to enamels, in about extremely fine condition (difficult award to find in such pristine condition); seldom awarded cross for Bravery and held in high esteem.
