What's a max bid?

Serbia: A Period miniature in silver with blue and white enamels, hallmarked and maker marked on the ring, measuring 14.5 mm x 25.5 mm inclusive of its crown suspension, on delicate original ribbon, intact enamels, glue residue evident on the reverse centrepiece, extremely fine.
