Multi-piece construction, silver gilt with blue, white and red enamels, gilt centrepiece rings, painted obverse centrepiece, unmarked, 49 mm (w) x 89 mm (h) inclusive of its crown suspension, on an original full-length neck ribbon, intact enamels, near mint. In its hardshelled case of issue, marked with the Serbian coat-of-arms and inscribed "III" (3rd Class) on the lid, maker marked "Arthus Bertrand & Cie PARIS" on the inside lid, recessed medal bed, push closure, edge wear evident on the exterior, case near extremely fine.
