What's a max bid?

In silver-gilt and enamels, measuring 36mm (x 57mm including crown suspension), of WWI period French (Bertrand) manufacture, hardly worn, no chipping to enamels, in extremely fine condition (difficult award to find in such pristine condition); a seldom awarded cross for Bravery and held in high esteem.
