(Orden Belog Orla). Instituted in 1883. Type II (1903-1941). In silver gilt, an eight point star with four primary arms, consisting of alternating smooth and faceted rays, the obverse medallion features a white enamelled double headed eagle surmounted by a large crown, the reverse offers a single vertical pin assembly, pin marked G.A. SCHEID WIEN, measures 87.5mm (w) x 92.8mm (h), weighs 91.5 grams, enamel chips evident on eagle and replacement blue lacquer on crown pendilia, gilt intact, remains in near extremely fine condition.
