What's a max bid?

(Orden Belog Orla). Instituted in 1883. Type I (1882-1903). In silver, a lovely white enamelled double headed eagle, the center medallion featuring a white enamelled cross, the reverse medallion presents the crowned cypher of Milan I “MI” on a red enamelled field, the eagle is secured to a large surmounting crown by two blue enamelled pendilia inscribed 22 Фебр уара 1882 on the reverse, measures 35.30mm (w) x 74.85mm (h), weighs 38.5 grams, marked on ring KF denoting manufacture by Karl Fleischhacker, and marked with a silver fineness mark denoting Viennese manufacture of 750/1000 purity, measures 29.5mm (w) x 61.1mm (h), weighs 18.4 grams, worn on a triangular ribbon, enamel damage to pendilia, otherwise a scare decoration in very fine condition.
