(Orden Karađorđeve zvezde). Instituted in 1904. Military Division. In French manufacture, a white enamelled star with smooth enamel rays in each quadrant, crossed swords pierce the medallion, the obverse medallion features a red and blue enamels, surrounded by a white ring inscribed за вба8 и слобод8 1804 (For Faith and Liberty 1804), the reverse features a double headed eagle on a red enamelled background, surrounded by a blue enamelled ring inscribed петар 1 1904 (Petar 1 1904), surmounted by a crown with red, green, and white enamel details, measures 36.7mm (w) x 58.0mm (h), weighs 26.3 grams, unmarked, but characteristic of French manufacture, worn on original triangular ribbon, enamel damage to obverse and reverse inscription ring, tarnishing throughout, remains in better than very fine condition.
