Red Cross Medal of Honor, 1st Class (1939-1975), Miniature (two-piece construction, bronze gilt with red, white, green and black enamels, 27.3 mm x 33.7 mm inclusive of its crown suspension); and Armband (obverse with a large red wool Red Cross sewn upon a white cotton base, reverse stamped in red ink with a Red Cross inside a circle and inscribed "CRUZ ROJA - ASAMBLEA CENTRAL" (Red Cross - Central Assembly) and stamped in blue ink with black ink handwritten inscriptions "BRAZAL DE LA DAMA / Auxiliar Voluntaria / Doña Isabel Esteban Marquesa de Balboa / Burgos 2 Octobre 1937. / El Jefe Supremo. / Conde de Vallellano" and inscribed in black ink handwriting "Renovado", three white buttons sewn vertically in place on the left end, three vertical arranged button holes on right end, 115 mm x 382 mm). Extremely fine.
