What's a max bid?

Front decorated with a series of vertical rules, a 20.2 mm x 25.5 mm Spanish tank badge near the centre and a 19 mm hand-engraved reverse-armed swastika inside a frame formed by fifteen arches and outlined in a beaded trim at the upper left, both insignias affixed via two rivets each, buffed and swirled inside covers, spring-loaded two-piece scalloped upright cassette for ten cigarettes, push release on the right side, hinged on the left side, 84.5 mm x 85.5 mm x 16 mm, exhibiting small scattered dents, light contact, better than very fine.
