What's a max bid?

Three-piece construction, silver gilt with red, light blue, gray, green and yellow enamels, centrepiece insignia illustrating a tree and surrounded by the inscription "HONOR Y SERVICIO A DIOS Y A ESPANA" (Honour and Service to God and Spain), the insignia fronting the Vatican crown and crossed keys insignia, mounted to a crutched cross, engraved "COLEGIAL DE HONOR DEL COLEGIO MAYOR UNIVERSITARIO DE SANTA CRUZ DE LA UNIVERSIDAD DE VALLADOLID" on the reverse, 55 mm x 58 mm, suspended from a braided neck cord in alternating strands of fine gold-coloured wire, along with red and green embroidery, with length adjustment loop, crazing evident in the light blue enamels on the centrepiece insignia and chipping in the red enamels on the lower arm, very fine.
