A Spanish Order of Public Health; Grand Cross Set - Grand Cross (four-piece construction, silver gilt and enamels, unmarked, 44 mm x 65 mm inclusive of its wreath suspension, on a full-length sash, intact enamels); and Breast Star (three-piece construction, silver gilt and enamels, unmarked, 58.8 mm x 60 mm, ornate vertical pinback, crazing evident in the white enamels and repair evident on the left arm). Extremely fine and very fine, respectively. Footnote: This order was established in 1922 as an award to distinguished officials in the Spanish Public Health Department. It can be awarded to foreigners and comes in four classes.
