Type II (1933-1936); Spanish Civil War period, silver with red, white, green and black enamelled insignia, mounted to a silver gilt eight-pointed star base, type II with mural crown, unmarked, measuring 45.5 mm x 64.7 mm inclusive of its crown suspension, on a full-length neck ribbon with dual snap closure, chipping evident in the green enamels on the wreath immediately to the right of the St. John insignia, one of the receiving posts on the snap closures is loose, better than very fine.
