What's a max bid?

Your maximum bid should be the highest amount you're willing to pay for an item.

If another auction participant places a bid for $125 dollars, the auction lot price will display $121 dollars having exceeded your previously submitted maximum bid by $1.00 dollar.

Buyer's Premium

All bids are subject to a Buyer's Premium which is in addition to the placed successful bid. The following rate of Buyer's Premium will be added to the Hammer Price of each Lot that you purchase:

Royal and Military Order of Saint Hermenegildo, Grand Cross (two-piece construction, silver gilt and enamels, 21.5 mm); Royal and Military Order of Saint Hermenegildo, Cross (two-piece construction bronze gilt and enamels, 13.7 mm x 18 mm); Merit Medal (two-piece construction, bronze gilt and enamels, 25.6 mm); and Medal for Suffering for the Country (bronze gilt and enamels, 15.2 mm). Unmarked, buttonhole attachments on the first three, the latter with a ring, enamel chipping on the RMOSH Cross, very fine.
