What's a max bid?

Spain:A Spanish Order of Isabella the Catholic; Commander by Number Star (1815-1847 and 1875-1931) In silver gilt with red, white, blue and green enamels, unmarked, cypher of Queen Isabella I of Castile on the centrepiece, measuring 71 mm x 71 mm, vertical pinback flanked by dual prongs, intact enamels, minor chipping evident in the blue enamels just below the crown, near extremely fine.
