What's a max bid?

Spain; Collar Badge: two-piece construction, silver with red, white, blue, yellow and brown enamelled insignia, mounted to a silver and white enamelled cross base, unmarked, 50.5 mm (w) x 74 mm (h) inclusive of its open-ended wreath suspension, the badge suspended from a collar chain consisting of eleven 21 mm x 36 mm insignias with a silver rope within a rectanguar frame, interlaced with alternating insignias consisting of six 14.5 mm x 21.5 mm insignias with the bust of St. Raymond on a rectangular frame and six 18.5 mm x 21.5 mm insignias bearing a sun, scales, "JUSTICA" and sword on a rectangular frame, each of the insignias with two loops on either side and linked together via two single chain links, the chain measuring approximately 920 mm in length; and Breast Star: two-piece construction, silver gilt with red, white, blue, yellow and brown enamelled insignia, mounted to a silver and white enamelled cross base, unmarked, 68.3 mm (w) x 75 mm (h), vertical pinback. Intact enamels, extremely fine.

Footnote: The Order of St. Raymond of Peñafort is a Spanish civil order of merit. It was established on January 23, 1944, the five classes recognizing service to and contributions toward the development and perfection of the law and jurisprudence. The three medals of the order recognize years of unblemished service within the legal and administrative professions under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Justice. The order is named for St. Raymond of Peñafort, the patron saint of lawyers. The five classes of crosses of the Order of St. Raymond of Peñafort may be awarded to civil servants involved in justice administration; professionals working directly in the field of justice; those who have contributed to the development of law, the study of the Canon law, and the legislative and organisational work for the state; authors of legal publications deemed to be of relevant importance; and the founders and members of bodies and institutions devoted to the improvement of law and jurisprudence. The classes are as follows: Grand Cross, Cross of Honour, Distinguished Cross 1st Class, Distinguished Cross 2nd Class and Single Cross. The medals of the Order of St. Raymond of Peñafort are awarded to legal and administrative professionals working under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Justice. The medals honour years of unblemished service. The classes are as follows: Gold Medal of Merit in Justice, Silver Medal of Merit in Justice and Bronze Medal of Merit in Justice.
