What's a max bid?

A unique third reich period fascist multi-national alliance bracelet; constructed of silvered bronze and an array of multi-coloured enamels; multi-link bracelet consisting of six different flags, with the Spanish coat of arms in the center and with 6 flags on either side; with a spring-loaded loop closure featuring a small leftward facing bust of Spanish dictator Francisco Franco; measuring 198 mm (w) x 12 mm (h); with one flag missing a small piece of enamels, but in otherwise extremely fine condition.
