Insignia consisting of a bronze gilt Spanish coat-of-arms affixed to a bronze gilt with blue and white enamelled centrepiece inscribed "POLICIA MUNICIPAL", mounted to a silvered bronze base with eighteen arms, each arm with three rays, the pairs at the top and bottom conjoined, measuring 66.3 mm (w) x 65.7 mm (h), vertical pinback flanked by dual stays, intact enamels, contact marks on the reverse, near extremely fine.
