In silver, the badge presents an angled plane superimposed on a five rayed tower each with two vertical lines overlaid on multiple horizontal lines, surrounded on an oak and laurel wreath with silver gilt imperial crown at 12 o’clock and a bundle of arrows at 6 o’clock, the reverse bears a period replacement vertical pin, otherwise reverse plain with numerous visible rivets, measures 45.9mm (w) x 60.8mm (h), weights 39.1 grams, very dark patina, replacement pin, minor wear, a rare badge in near very fine condition.
