What's a max bid?

Exterior in red wool, with a red and yellow embroidered rosette exhibiting multiple folds sewn in place in the centre, two six-sided rank bronze stars attached via dual prongs on the front, the interior lined in ultramarine blue rayon, with a diamond-shaped manufacturer's label in steel blue embroidery and inscribed in salmon-coloured embroidery "PRIMERA / ELOSEGUI / TOLOSA" sewn in place in the dome, measuring 260 mm in diameter, exhibiting scattered mothing in the red wool, better than very fine. Accompanied by a 60 mm (w) x 46 mm (h) black and white photograph of seven soldiers, six of which are wearing a similar type of beret.
