A circular and slightly convex brass plate with black enamel portraying a red enamel star, etched brass wings with a red enamel propeller in the center, three small holes present at the edges of 12, 4 and 8 o’clock, reverse plain, with a name section below, measures 55mm in diameter, weighs 15.6 grams, loss of black enamel to obverse, worn, fine condition.
