Three-piece construction, bronze gilt insignia on a red enamelled circular centrepiece, mounted to a silvered die-stamped tombac wings base, unmarked, measuring 94 mm (w) x 38 mm (h), metal support plate with swing locking fixture secured to the lugs, chipping evident in the red enamels on the centrepiece, silvering loss on the wings on the right side, near very fine.
