Spain, Spanish State. A Judicial Promotion Document to Francisco Casas Ochoa
A well-preserved Spanish Ministry of Justice promotion document, constructed of white paper stock with black ink and displaying certified stamps on the obverse, featuring a typewritten dedication supplemented a black ink stock inscription, addressed to “FRANCISCO CASAS OCHOA”, a junior Magistrate, appointing him to a senior Magistrate’s position with the commensurate salary, entitlements, duties, and responsibilities, effective 18 June 1955, twice certified by the handwritten signature of Secretary Rodolfo Vera Alcazar, with further promotions in 1956 and 1962, closing with the handwritten signature of President of the Autonomous Province of Jaén Francisco Rivillas Pena, measuring 22.5 cm (w) x 32 cm (h), secreted within a period Admiralty folder, constructed of light brown paper stock and measuring 35 cm (w) x 26 cm (h), with folding creases and minor material fatigue evident to the document, in overall near extremely fine condition.
