What's a max bid?

A well-preserved, signed portrait of Francisco Franco, featuring a widely-reproduced image of Franco taken by famed photographer Jalón Angel, measuring 15.5 cm (w) x 21.5 cm (h), pasted to a cream-coloured card stock backer just above the photographer’s dedication, in turn set above Franco’s elaborate handwritten signature in a graphite pencil, the reverse featuring an addition studio mark indicating issue by the official photographer of Franco in his capacity as Generalissimo, with the paper bearing an additional stamped maker’s mark for José Pineda of Badajoz, measuring 28.5 cm (w) x 41 cm (h), two smalls tears are visible to the left and top edges of the backer in addition to minor soiling and material fatigue, with some detachment of the images near the bottom (which nonetheless remains firmly and securely attached by the top half), a superb display piece in very fine condition.
