What's a max bid?

Sweden; Issued during the reign of King Oscar II, named to Colonel Friedrich von Scholl of Prussia on July 12, 1895 at Stockholm, large signature of the Chancellor of the Order, Oscar II in black ink and co-signed by the Secretary of the Order, Swedish Supreme Chamberlain, Gustav Celsing (1843-1921) in black ink, off-white paper embossed seal affixed near the base, printed in black ink on a thick off-white paper stock, with personalized inscriptions in black ink, 283 mm (w) x 410 mm (h), horizontal fold mark, exhibiting edge wear and creasing, along with a light soling on the seal, a small tear along the fold mark and highlight marks from previously attached paper clips on its reverse, very fine.
