What's a max bid?

Three-piece construction, in silver with navy blue and red enamels, illustrating a biplane bearing red stars on the underside of the lower wing on both sides, a flowing ribbon banner in navy blue and inscribed in Russian that passes from the underside axel of the landing gear and finishes with a hammer and sickle just above the upper wing, Kokoshnik assay marked with a woman's head, the St. Petersburg assay office mark to the left and the zolotniki fineness number "84" to the right on the tip of the upper wing at the right, maker marked "НБ" (NB) on the tip of the upper wing at the left, with an additional mark on the tail, measuring 37 mm (w) x 31.5 mm (h), maker marked on the screwback, scattered chipping evident in the navy blue enamels on the ribbon banner, better than very fine.
