What's a max bid?

Russia, Soviet Union. A Medal for the Defence of Sebastopol 1941-1942

(Медаль «За оборону Севастополя»). Instituted in 1942. In brass, measuring 32.3 mm (w) x 36.8 mm (h) inclusive of its integral ring, exhibiting greening on the obverse, edge nicks, along with spotting and contact marks overall, soiled original ribbon, mounted to a five-sided magnetic metal suspension with pinback, fine.

 

Footnote: The Medal for the Defence of Sevastopol was instituted on December 22, 1942 and awarded to service and civilian personnel who participated in the Defence of Sevastopol between November 5, 1941 and July 4, 1942.
